Rental Rate Notes.
Minimum rental period - we don't have one except for Easter and Christmas when the minimum booking is 10 nights
Arrival Day - you holiday/vacation can start and finish any day of the week
Check-in - the villa is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival
Check-out- departure time is 10am
Early check-in/ Late check-out - on occasions we may be able to offer a complimentary early check-in of 2pm or a late check-out of 12 noon if we have no guests departing or arriving on those dates however, we can only agree this a couple of days prior to your dates as we often take late bookings. If you require an earlier or later checkout please contact us directly for details of the additional cost.
Pool and Spa Heat per week - 2025 - £150/US$190 - 2026 - £160/US$200 - contact us for summer rates

Ready to Book?
Reserving your dates is easy;
A deposit of 20% of the rental cost secures your requested dates, we also require a fully completed Booking Form and signed Terms & Conditions. Once we have received these we will confirm your booking in writing/e-mail you.
The final balance together with the security deposit of £300/US$300 is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made by cheque/check or alternatively directly into our bank account in the UK by direct transfer or in the USA via Zelle
