June 2024.'Sunshine View' was even more fabulous in person than shown in the photos. We had a two week stay as a family with two young kids (baby and a 4 year old) and it couldn't have been more perfect. Exceptionally clean, spacious and all the luxurious touches made it a real retreat from busy days at the parks. The pool was wonderful with a huge deck, the pool furniture was the most comfortable I've ever experienced and had a wonderful peaceful outlook over the conservation area. The beds were extremely comfortable and all rooms had a bountiful supply of thick fluffy towels. The welcome basket was so helpful and contained plenty of items and then some. Mike and Michelle were wonderful hosts and exceptionally quick with any queries and sharing their knowledge of the area. It's a perfect, quiet location and we look forward to returning for hopefully many years to come!

May 2024.We booked Sunshine view villa nearly 18 months ago and have just returned from a fantastic two week stay. The villa is superb and exactly as advertised and the location is excellent being only 20-25 minute from Disney. The villa comes with everything you will require for your stay, make sure you check everything that is available within the villa before you travel as it may save you bringing some things. The pool and pool deck are spacious and will accommodate 8/9 people easily, either on sunbeds or around the outside dining area. Myself, my son and son in law enjoyed games of tennis at the main complex where there is also a gym and large pool. There is a fantastic games room with pool table and table tennis table. All in all we had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning. Thanks Mike & Michelle.

Apr 24. This was one of the best places we have stayed at. Everything was exactly as listed. The listing and property were perfect. I never had to contact the host since everything was clearly marked out and set up. If you are not staying at this property on your visit, you are missing out.

Apr 24.Our family group of ten, six adults and four children, had a wonderful time in this beautifully equipped and spacious villa. The pool was great and the location ideal, near to the parks at Disney and Universal Studios. We couldn't fault it and would certainly commend it to others.

July 2022.Fantastic stay at this Villa, it is very clean, tidy and has plenty of amenities. It is also very spacious.The pool area is also great and has sun almost all of the day. The security is also superb which gives you great peace of mind. We would definitely recommend this Villa, Michelle is a fabulous host and very helpful prior to check in.

July 2021. A wonderful vacation. My family and I rented Michaels lovely house. They had everything we needed to make our summer vacation a great one. The pool and spa made the days and nights the best. The home was very spacious, the bedrooms were perfect for all of us. I just want to thank you for sharing your home with us.

June 2021. The house is beautiful spacious! You definitely get what you see in the pictures! My family love the pool and spa! It was a great place to stay close to Disney parks and almost everything was near by groceries stores coffee shops gas stations! We loved our stay thank you so much to our host Michelle for hosting my family and I. She always will reply to my messages within minutes!

May 2021. Awesome Property. My family and I had a great stay. The management team were very responsive. The house was clean. Only had one minor issue and it was resolved quickly and they were very kind in offering a way to make it up to me. Will stay here again. The welcome basket was a very thoughtful and nice touch. Neighbourhood is excellent.

April 2021. Our experience was excellent. I had an issue with the entry code and Michelle responded to my email within minutes and stayed online until I understood how everything worked. Excellent response time and customer service. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had the pool heated and spent every evening enjoying it. We'll definitely be coming back

April 2021. We all had a wonderful time. It was the perfect place for us to stay. All of the personal touches, from the welcome basket filled with starter supplies and bottles of wine, to the detailed binder with suggestions of things to do and directions on how to get there were so nice and unexpected. The pool and spa was AMAZING with plenty of room to sit and we loved the extra bathroom in the pool area. The games, movies and multiple t.v.'s were a wonderful surprise for the kids when they wanted to escape from the adults, and the kitchen was stocked full of everything we needed to cook with. We truly enjoyed every part, and your home was just the right feel of home away from home. Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to stay the week. We would truly enjoy staying again when we return to Florida.

March 2021. Relaxing Vacation. My husband, our 9 year old son and myself truly enjoyed this place very much. We have rented multiple homes in the past and this one did not disappoint. We spent our days and evenings around the pool......

Feb 21. Absolutely great. Mike and Michelle are super hosts. ...When we got there, the pool was heated already. I always got response from Mike. Mike either called back or emailed back to my questions. This place has 5 bedrooms and total 6 bathrooms. The house has a lot of sunlight. It is pretty to look out in the early morning. I extended my stay twice. Thanks Mike & Michelle

Just thought I'd drop you a quick note to say thank-you for letting us have the pleasure of renting your villa for the past two weeks. Yours is the third one we have stayed in while in Florida and by far the best. Everything you could possibly need, perfect location and very well maintained.

I just wanted to say thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful villa. We had a fantastic time and the villa was perfect. It is in a great location, very quiet but within easy reach of the I4. Shopping at Publix is a 5 minute drive away. Absolutely everything was provided, there was not a single thing more we could have wanted. The kids absolutely loved the fantastic pool and the adults spent more than a few boozy hours sat in the hot tub :) The pool table/games room got plenty of use too. The pool table and equipment is superb. I would have no problems recommending your villa to others and if we decide to go to Orlando again we'll certainly be in touch.

We have just returned from a very wet Orlando, but I wanted to drop you a quick email to thank you for the use of your lovely villa. Every need was catered for and we really enjoyed our stay, we have stayed in many villa’s however yours is one of the most equipped, you really have thought of everything.

We had a great time and the house worked out wonderfully for everyone. We surely would like to do the same thing again if our travels take us to the Orlando area again and we have recommended your house to a number of our friends.
